At Glasgow City FC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unworn or unused items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please note that personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless faulty.
Complete the Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery package, clearly stating whether you would like a refund or a different size for exchange.
Package and Post
Securely pack your items and send them to our official club warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as the club is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
